First Time Home Buyer
This program is tailored towards the first purchase and complete education of the client. This program starts with an intense first appointment which I go over the entire process of purchasing a home from start to finish (including mortgage, contract, and inspections). After that client and I move forward and get them ready to purchase including getting a mortgage, determine there price points, finding homes, and all factors leading into these points and more. This program is to make my clients that have never purchased a home feel completely comfortable with the entire process. Credit Recovery
This program is to help the customers with credit issues to be brought to the point they can buy a home. This program was developed after a number of my clients came up to me after their purchase thanking me for working them through their credit problems when no other Realtor would. Once a client contacts me for this program I will give them a list of information to gather and to bring to the first consultation. The first consultation is not only to set your goals but to see what direction we need to go from that point. There are many directions that can be gone just depending on what the client's needs are and I will use every resource to help my clients satisfy their goals. These resources include some of the most trust worthy, knowledgeable, and dedicated lenders and credit repair specialist that I may bring in to help with the issues. Market Refresh
This program was developed to help bring people that have purchased a home before back up to speed with the market. Typically this program is done mostly over the phone with all prep work such as financing, and home search are all done over email. Then twenty minutes prior to the client and I going to look at the homes we have a brief consultation on the market. This is the most common program that people enroll in and has a 82% success rate. Investor Start-up
This program is designed for people wanting to start and develop a real estate investment business. To start off this program has an extensive consultation in which the investor and I sit down and go over the goals for their business. After that the initial consultations I then go and pull together all necessary resources and prepare an investment package that the investor and I then go over and agree on. Once the package and investment plan is in place I will go and gather a list of possible properties that fit the plan and we will preview those properties. After the initial purchase the investor is moved to my long term investor program to continue to grow their business. This plan has had a 100% satisfaction rating. Get Started!
